Flat-screen smart TVs, WiFi, and Bose surround sound throughout the entire house. You will feel truly at home and at peace for your quiet getaway to Big Canoe!
The secluded master suite with a stone fireplace is located upstairs and offers soaring beamed ceilings with a private outdoor deck, walk-in closet, and huge master bath with a separate tub and a step-in shower. The king size bed has a Black Diamond Beauty Rest mattress. The main level has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, queen). The terrace level reveals a second great room with fireplace and Circa 1800's wood-carved bar, a massive game room/media room with pool table and game-ready TV, a butler's kitchen, second private master suite with sitting area, and full bath. This king-size bed also has a Black Diamond Beauty Rest mattress. Most bedrooms have gorgeous lake views. The terrace leads to a private stone patio and deck area with an eating area, gas grill, propane gas fire pit, and swing, just steps from the lake.

THE AREA:
Big Canoe is an 8,000-acre wildlife gated community in the hardwood forest of the Blue Ridge Mountains just north of Atlanta, offering over twenty-four miles of maintained hiking trails and plenty of wildlife including deer, black bears, and turkey. With seven mountains and five lakes, the community has a beautiful backdrop for its three championship golf courses, fourteen tennis courts, three swimming pools (one Big indoor), swimming lake (with beach, paddle boats, canoes, & paddle boards), stunning mountain lake (with marina, fishing & rental pontoon boats) and first class wellness center and basketball court. As a renter, you have access to all of the Big Canoe amenities paid directly for each amenity. I'm sorry, but we do not offer any passes with the rental. OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 10 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 10 people overnight in the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

We have 3 golf courses, 5 lakes, hiking trails, a wellness center, yoga, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, saline whirlpool, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce courts, Jeep Trail, dog park, beach, water slide.
PARKING:
Easy access to home- from the large driveway and parking area. Room to park multiple cars.
FIREPLACE: this home has a gas fireplace controlled by a clicker. Indoor fireplaces are not operational during warm months due to the extreme heat they give off.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Big Canoe to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 25 or older. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
SECURITY:
This home only has outward facing security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home.
